As part of a field modernization bond program by Tamalpais Union High School District, Carducci Associates completed a master plan and DSA construction approvals of athletic field renovations for all three high schools in the district. The work at Tamalpais High School involved new natural baseball and softball fields and a synthetic multi-use field, lined for football and soccer, surrounded by an all-weather, eight-lane, 400-meter track. This project involved a high degree of public participation, along with geotechnical and civil engineering, to achieve a solution that balances impacts from settlement and flooding due to the adjacent mud soils of Richardson Bay.
