The Goshen Park master plan creates a sustainable community for 25,000 residents to live, learn, work, and play. Access through the site via an existing airport road respects the natural landscapes and geographies. The design establishes a strong sense of place by organizing the built environment around dominant features of the natural landscape, including rock monoliths and the riparian habitats of a tributary to the Osuma River. Primary project goals are to stimulate economic development and create opportunities for local food production, while celebrating the land, people, and culture of Nigeria.
